It is critical that you prepare your body and mind for a tough and intense workout.
A dynamic warmup will offer comprehensive benefits by:
-raising your heart rate at at gradual rate to help prepare the cardiovascular system
-increasing your body temperature, which helps to reduce muscle strains
-gradually increasing the amount of oxygen to your lungs which directly increases blood flow to your muscles to help improve performance
-taking your joints through large range of motion
-taking your body through the movements that you will be performing

Once you have completed an effective dynamic warmup your body and central nervous system is ready to maximize on the effectiveness of your workout.
